🔎 Faulty Neon Signs

Send a picture/video of the faulty sign along with your name and order number to hdjcustomneon@gmail.com or our WhatsApp ++1 2136653343 within 7 days of receiving your order

After review, we will make sure to contact you within 24 hours

If eligible for a refund, we will immediately remake your sign for free! Your new sign will then be shipped to you within 1-2 weeks! (Depending on the extent of the damage, we may also partially refund you).

🃏Neon Signs from our catalog

If you decide to return these custom LED signs because you changed your mind and they are in good condition, please make sure to return them in their original packaging along with all accessories.
Once we receive your package and approve it, we will process your refund immediately.

🔔Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your package and let you know if your refund has been approved or denied. We try to be fair.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 24 hours and a full or partial refund will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method,
The original price of $15 plus a 10% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.

Cancellations

If canceled before the item is shipped, a transaction fee of 5% of the original price will be charged.
